Teacher’s teaching autonomy refers follow the premise of educational laws, teachers as themain teaching activities based on students’ development and their professional knowledge andability to exercise in teaching activities, without the interference of others, independent of theright to make a career decision. The present status of the primary school teachers teachingexercise autonomy in China is not optimistic, in the teaching activities of the education teachingautonomy by the phenomenon of invasion or abandoned. In recent years, as the requirement ofnew curriculum reform of teacher’s professional accomplishment and constantly improve the"teachers as researchers" proposed by the concept of education, teacher’s teaching autonomyproblem increasingly aroused people’s concern. Many factors affect the effective exercise ofprimary school teachers teaching autonomy, which is particularly important internal factor. Onthe connotation of teacher’s teaching autonomy, empowerment basis and exercise the boundaryare discussed, on the current status of primary school teachers teaching autonomy and internalfactors do system analysis, and then discusses teaching primary school teachers exercise the rightof autonomy internal strategy, is of great significance to promote teachers’ professionaldevelopment.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the origin of this study, the teacher’steaching autonomy research status at home and abroad, the research significance and researchmethod.The second part is about the basic theory of teacher’s teaching autonomy, mainly defines thecore concepts, the performance of teacher’s teaching autonomy, empowerment basis and exerciseboundary, etc.The third part is the internal influence factors of teacher’s teaching autonomy theoryanalysis, mainly from two aspects of teachers’ background and professional quality factors toexplore the influence of internal factors on the teacher’s teaching autonomy.The fourth part is about the internal factors influencing the primary school teachers exerciseof autonomy in the teaching of research. Paper adopts "questionnaire+interview” surveymethod, about the present situation of primary school teachers teaching autonomy, and thefactors which influence the background of teaching autonomy exercise professional qualityfactors in the data collection and statistical analysis, specific content includes: the realization ofthe elementary school teachers’ teaching autonomy; primary Teacher professionalism levelanalysis; different background variables of primary school teachers teaching autonomy variance analysis. In the data analysis on the basis of a comprehensive discussion of the current primaryschool teachers teaching autonomy overall status and primary school teachers lack autonomywithin reason.The fifth part is to make teaching primary school teachers exercise the right of autonomyinternal strategy thinking. These strategies are: pay attention to the teacher’s ethics study styleculture, promote personality charm; strengthen the awareness of teaching autonomy, formindependent motive; conservation professional quality education, to pursue teaching personality;participate in educational research activities, promote teaching reflection.
