One of the important tasks of curriculum and teaching reform is to change the traditional teaching concept and thinking mode,and to reshape the classroom with the new concept of basic education curriculum reform.The essence of teaching is the process of interaction and communication between teachers and students.As the main position of education and teaching,the interaction between teachers and students runs through the classroom teaching.The teachers and students collide their thinking and communicate the soul through effective and deep interaction.It will promote the transmission of knowledge,the improvement of teachers ’professional skills,the development of students’ learning ability,and the formation of a harmonious and equal relationship between teachers and students.But at present,in the process of classroom teaching,there are many problems in the interaction between teachers and students.Based on this,this study adopts the method of random sampling in Dalian,summarizes the current situation of Dalian urban primary school classroom interaction between teachers and students,and further summarizes the influence factors of classroom interaction between teachers and students,based on the problem and influencing factors put forward the corresponding countermeasures,aims to enhance the effectiveness of the current Dalian urban primary school classroom interaction between teachers and students.This study uses four research methods: literature,questionnaire,interview and classroom observation.This study is divided into five parts: The first part is the question,including the research background and origin,theoretical and practical significance,a review of relevant literature at home and abroad,defining relevant concepts,sorting out the research ideas and methods,and the design and implementation of research programs.The second part is to summarize the interaction between teachers and students in Dalian city,Mainly using the classroom observation method and the interview method,On the one hand,by observing the classroom reality,Understand the current situation of the teacher-student interaction in class;On the other hand,through in-depth interviews with teachers and students,Understand teachers and students’ views on classroom interaction,By performing a summary analysis of the study data,It is concluded that the following problems are existing in the interaction between teachers and students in urban primary schools in Dalian: the interaction subject is unequal,Inadequate play of subjectivity;The interactive form is relatively single,Insufficient direction and guidance;Insufficient emotional interaction between teachers and students,Insufficient emotional communication;Interaction is a mere formality,Insufficient depth of interaction.The third part is to further summarize the factors affecting the interaction of primary schools in Dalian city.The adapted questionnaire based on previous studies summarized the influencing factors,including teacher characteristics,student characteristics and teaching factors.SPSS software was used for correlation and regression analysis,and the survey results showed that the factors affecting the interaction between teacher and students were teachers ’teaching style,students’ learning style and interactive content in teaching factors.Finally,based on the research results,in order to improve the effectiveness of teacher-student interaction in Dalian city,the following improvement strategies are proposed:optimize teacher interaction behavior,improve teachers’ interactive skills,establish a strict classroom interaction system;create a good classroom interaction atmosphere;and enrich the content of teacher-student interaction.The final part is to summarize the study conclusions and summarize the shortcomings of this study. |
