The Career Planning Research Of University And College Art Students

In order to study career planning of colleges and universities students in liberal arts, this thesis uses career planning current situation survey questionnaire to investigate career planning current situation of one thousand three hundred and fifty arts undergraduates from Jiang Xi Province of six colleges and universities, find out its existing defects and proposal some solutions for correcting its defects.This item questionnaire score of papers with the total score is positively correlated. The survey shows that: 1 to 5 points based on the five- system, more than 54%arts undergraduates choose three grades or over three grades. It shows that the current situation of arts undergraduates' career planning is in general situations.This research divided the current situation of college and university students vocational career planning into four dimensions :career planning awareness,career planning level,career planning extent,educational appraise. The result of significant differences shows that :â‘ career planning level,career planning extent and career planning level have significant differences in gender;â‘¡career planning awareness,career planning extent,educational appraise have significant differences in university and profession;â‘¢career planning level,career planning extent have significant differences in grade;â‘£these four dimensions have no significant differences in family background.Four characteristics of arts undergraduates career planning current situation is that career planning awareness of colleges and universities arts undergraduates has been strengthened, but career planning level and career planning extent of arts undergraduates should be improved Arts undergraduates are not satisfied with career planning education of colleges and universities. At last, this thesis makes up some useful countermeasures about career planning education of universities and career planning learning of arts undergraduates.
