Rural education and rural children’s growth cannot leave the village primary school teacher, they are the backbone of the popularization of rural education, and to have a positive role in promoting rural social construction. Rural teachers used to be a respected group, now, their social status fell sharply, become the marginal groups of the society. The formation of this article around the edges of the "rural teachers’status," the central issue, through the author’s field research to answer the two questions:first, the village teacher groups marginalized embodies in where? Second, how is the edge of the village teacher status? Finally, Suggestions were put forward for the cause of rural teachers marginalized and reflection.Based on the borderline of rural teachers as the breakthrough point, describes the plight of this group of rural teachers and position on the edge of the society, from the social stratification and mobility, rural teachers’ policy level and individual level to construct the framework of my thesis.In this paper, the basic idea is that rural teachers in the bottom of the society and their exclusion and urban and rural society. China’s current social mobility mechanism as well as the national policy of rural teachers, rural teacher is the important reasons for the formation of the edge position. Thesis mainly through the questionnaire investigation and interview method to collect data.
