In this paper, based on the perspective of social support, and analyzes the plight of the students in rural primary school teachers and the reasons, and put forward the improvement from the perspective of social support rural primary school teachers survival predicament countermeasures and Suggestions, expected to promote the construction of rural primary school teachers’social support network and the sustainable development.This article main content is divided into four aspects:firstly, the social support theory and the plight of rural primary school teachers and the reasons for analysis to explore to improve survival of rural primary school teachers; Secondly, through questionnaire survey and interviews, summed up the rural primary school teachers face the plight of the situation. I found that the problems facing the present rural primary school teachers mainly include:rural primary school teachers’configuration structure imbalance, subject teacher allocation is not reasonable, rural teacher older; Low wage income, survival pressure; Lack of entertainment; Spiritual life monotonous; Working task and so on. I sum up the rural primary school teachers of social support, then separately from the three dimension analysis the reason for difficulties in rural primary school teachers. Finally, put forward countermeasures and Suggestions of improve survival plight of rural primary school teachers.There are four main point of this article, firstly, the imbalance of social development, and urban and rural dual structure is the main cause of the rural primary school teachers’plight. Lack of nongovernmental organizations to the community of social support and can’t get the understanding of family and peer group and identity. Secondly, the government departments to the policy, the material, spiritual and cultural level of rural primary school teachers, create a fair and harmonious atmosphere of rural primary school teachers, and improve the teaching environment of the rural primary school as far as possible enrich teachers’amateur life. Thirdly, NGO should act to help rural primary school teachers. Finally, social workers should be walking into the life of rural primary school teachers, help them out of the woods and improve their own ability to solve problems.
