Since the 19th National Congress of the CPC,the state has continuously strengthened the preschool education industry and related policies have been promulgated.On November 7,2018,the first heavy document on preschool education issued under the name of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,"Several Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening the Reform and Standardization of Preschool Education"(hereinafter referred to as"Opinions")was issued.The Opinions clarify that by 2035,three years of preschool education will be universally popularized,and a public service system that covers urban and rural areas with a reasonable layout of preschool education will be established.The construction of this public service system must provide a strong team of professional teachers to provide preschool education.Strong educational support to ensure that preschool children can receive high-quality preschool education and lay a solid foundation for the sound development of children;at the same time,the number of preschool education teachers has increased significantly in recent years,indicating that China's preschool education career The ranks of prospective preschool teachers are constantly expanding,but they are also facing new pressures and challenges,social support and recognition of social status,wages and high-intensity work tasks,self-professional growth and development,etc.Teachers of education majors have an adverse impact on career decisions.Resulting in the loss of prospective teachers and young children;Furthermore,preschool teachers are the leaders and backbones of the development of preschool education.The growth and stable development of the teaching staff is related to the long-term high-quality development of the country's preschool education.To ensure that after receiving 3-7 years of professional learning,It is very important for a "pre-school teacher" to become a pre-school teacher.According to the existing research at home and abroad,there are related researches on social support,vocational decision-making difficulties and core self-evaluation for college students,and there are also studies on the relationship between the two.Few studies have evaluated the relationship between the three.In order to understand the mechanism of the core self-evaluation of pre-school education teachers 'college students in social support and vocational decision-making difficulties,this study conducts relevant research on social support,professional decision-making difficulties and core self-evaluation of pre-school education teachers' college students.Based on the current social support received by teachers of preschool education majors in colleges and universities and how they affect professional decision-making,what is the relationship between the two,whether there is some influence mechanism in the core self-evaluation,and research based on these three,Use limited pre-school education resources to conduct specific research on protecting pre-school teachers from the source.The study selected 969 preschool education teachers in 6 universities in Northwest China as the research object.Based on the existing literature research,it used the literature method,questionnaire method and interview method to investigate the social support and occupation of preschool education teachers.Difficulties in decision-making and the basic grasp of core self-evaluation.The relationship between the three is explored from multiple perspectives,such as demographic variables,the correlation between the two variables,and the mediation effect.The research findings find that:1.The difficulty of professional decision-making of preschool education teachers in universities is at a medium level,and there is no significant difference in gender.However,there are significant differences in the variables of birthplace,type of children,education level,practical experience,and cause of professional choice.2.Teachers of preschool education majors in universities have a moderate level of social support.There is a significant difference in the social support of normal students in different variables(birthplace,type of children,educational level,practical experience,and reasons for choosing a major).3.The core self-evaluation has no significant difference in gender,but the core self-evaluation of the only child is higher than the core self-evaluation of the non-only child;the core self-evaluation of graduate students is higher than that of college and undergraduate students;normal students with practical experience The core self-evaluation score is significantly higher than normal students who have no practical experience;the core self-evaluation scores of teachers who choose their own majors are higher than those of the other two majors.4.There is a significant correlation between social support,professional decision-making difficulties and core self-evaluation among teachers of preschool education majors in universities.Specifically,there is a significant negative correlation between social support and professional decision-making difficulties,a significant negative correlation between core self-evaluation and professional decision-making difficulties,and a significant positive correlation with core self-evaluation.5.Core self-evaluation has a significant mediating effect between social support and professional decision-making difficulties.Among them,the core self-evaluation plays a part intermediary role between the subjective support dimension and self-evaluation ability;the core self-evaluation plays a part intermediary role between the utilization dimension of support and self-evaluation ability;the core self-evaluation plays a role in subjective support and use of support.Dimensions play a full mediating role with the four dimensions of vocational proficiency,social environment,job matching,and social adaptation.Finally,the author puts forward suggestions from the four levels of teachers'students in preschool education majors,professional development of college preschool education,higher normal colleges and society:(a)the level of normal students:one is to objectively evaluate self-ability and improve self-professionalism;Teachers of different educational levels need to improve their ability;(2)the preschool education professional level:strengthen the preschool education professional certification;(c)the higher normal university level:the first is a balanced set of preschool education curriculum content;It pays attention to individual counseling for professional development of teachers' students;(4)Social level:First,the government should speed up legislation to promote the formation of correct consciousness of preschool teachers in the society;What's the problem with the difficulty of career decision-making of normal students?What factors belong to the normal students themselves?What factors are at the school level?What factors are at the social level?It is pertinent to address these issues and provide countermeasures.This problem should be clearly stated
