The development of basic education lags behind,and the living state of teachers needs to be improved.It can be seen that focusing on the living state of rural primary school teachers can not only improve the stability of teachers and optimize the level of education,but also promote the rapid development of basic education,which has very important practical significance.Based on the perspective of social support,using qualitative research method,NVivo11 software was used to collect,sort out and analyze the interview data of ten rural primary school teachers,I fully understand the survival status and causes of L rural primary school teachers,and put forward a series of relevant strategies and schemes that can improve the survival status of this group from the perspective of social support,so as to promote the construction and sustainable development of this group's social support network.The main content of this paper is divided into four aspects: Firstly,Explain the theory of social support,provide theoretical support to analyze the survival state of Rural Primary School Teachers.Secondly,through the interview,summed up the plight of rural primary school teachers.I found that the main problems faced by rural primary school teachers are: low salary,living pressure;Low social status;Lack of entertainment;Training difficulties;Slow promotion and so on.Thirdly,Based on the social support for rural primary school teachers,and then analyzed the reasons for the difficulties of rural primary school teachers from six dimensionsof social support theory.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the survival dilemma of rural primary school teachers.
