Since the rising and development of western feminist and feminism anthropology, the research of female had been a heated topic in scholar area, especially ethnology and anthropology. It emphasizes we must use local survey to close female will and reflect the real development history of female.Because of the definition of traditional culture and the limitation of the Islamism creed, female Hui people is a special group in female group. So, the research of female Hui people’s problem is becoming the important thesis for scholars in inland. In predecessors’ studies, we can find that most scholars would like to choose female Hui group as research objects. They conclude the universality and regularity of development in female Hui group through analysis of their action and idea on transition phase. On the basis of predecessors’ studies, the writer use "The Hui nationality women in business" as survey objects, describe their action through combining women taxonomy and women psychology.The thesis choose the Hui nationality women in business as research objects, choose Wuzhong in Ningxia as research place. It analyzes the effect of development in women under the traditional culture and Islam culture through classifying and summarizing their type and characteristics in business.Also the discuss the difficulties, setbacks in business way which the Hui nationality women in business choose and the transformation of condition, position and values when they get succeeded.At last, through the analysis of forbidden zone in business, the writer put forward the questions which the Hui nationality women in business face that how to realize the shift from tradition to reality.
