With the progress of society and the development of economy,more and more women have entered into various fields with their unique charm and personality traits,and some of them even become excellent leaders.As the saying goes,three women can form one play.As a part of the social subject,the distinctive character displayed by women and the different levels of emotional intelligence reflected by women whether in life or career play an important role in family harmony,enterprise development and social stability.Especially as a manager,the ability of emotional management not only affects self life and career development,but also has an assignable influence on the team working environment,innovation ability,organizational culture.As a service enterprise started by air ticket agency,H has a certain universality in its nature and staff structure.The enterprise characteristics of H: the typical family management style,the female staff is too much,the overall quality of employees is low.In the shock brought by Internet plus e-commerce storm,the management model of ticket agency industry is challenged,therefore,the strategic transformation of enterprise is imminent.This paper takes H's characteristics,staff structure and management conflicts as the research background,focusing on the performance of the female leader in a female team during the process of company's strategic transformation which is a major revolution so as to research the impact of female managers' emotional intelligence on the conflict management which occur when make strategic decision,integrate business and build team.By reproducing the management conflicts in H's transition period and combining the actual case,we describe the emotional intelligence of a few representative female managers displayed in conflict management.And then we analyze the impact of female managers' emotional intelligence on enterprise management conflict through the characteristics of female managers' emotional intelligence and the influencing factors of emotional intelligence among female managers.Finally,the paper analyzes how female managers to manage emotions effectively personally,and how enterprises and society to do the correct guidance for female managers' emotional intelligence through effective measures so as to give a full play to the gender advantage of women and make best of their advantages and bypass the disadvantages,making women solve the contradictions and conflicts in life and career easily as well as adapt to society,enjoy life and achieve career success with an optimistic attitude and humor.
