Scaffolding instruction is one of the many teaching mode construction of Marxist education theory in which, it is based on Viggo J Ki’s theory of the zone of proximal development, to more complex problems through the establishment of "quot"; support "quot"; conceptual framework, so that learners themselves along the "quot"; Stents; rising gradually, thus completing a teaching model construction of complex conceptual meaning.In recent years, the national physical quality decreased obviously, the young people’s physical quality decreased significantly. The quality of teaching of school physical education is to reverse the important link of adolescent physical decline. But the existing sports of the old teaching model, single severely reduce the students’ interest in sports. And in the scaffolding instruction, through a bracket, into the situation, independent exploration, cooperative learning, effect evaluation of five steps to complete the teaching, such teaching methods to enable students to keep more active learning state in the process of learning, so as to achieve better learning effect, achieve promote sports curriculum sports skills, social adaptation, psychological health goals.Based on the construction of the scaffolding instructional model theory as the breakthrough point, using the methods of literature, interviews, case analysis, logic analysis, the present research situation of Constructivism in various fields at home and abroad are summarized in this paper, design a scientific method of Scaffolding Teaching in physical education courses. Finally, this article on how to better support type teaching in physical education and puts forward the corresponding suggestions:1,strengthen the exploration of teaching practice in Physical Education in the academic circles.2, highlight the leading role of teachers, encourage teachers to support teaching of application.3, arouse the enthusiasm of the students, enter into effective teaching situation.4, guide students to think independently, to play their own initiative.5, in the teaching process support structures failure should restore confidence to build support.I hope the results of this study can provide useful reference basis for physical education teachers in teaching the scaffolding instruction.
