With the growing number of AIDS cases, massmedia paid more attention to AIDS and attentively, widely reportedit for sake of a variety of pressure and interests, while the publiccannot distinguish which reports about HIV and AIDS groups weretrue and false because the coverage was not based on the truth.Since then, due to the government began to address the issue ofAIDS, experts began to give a scientific interpretation, and moreactivities organized by social workers and volunteer groups, peoplewith AIDS began to have a say. At the same time, mass media havestarted to responsibly report the facts, therefore the public couldproperly treat this group and realize the goal of eliminating AIDSstigma of groups and regions by having a good knowledge of AIDSprevention。The Study on Mass Media’s dynamic influence on China’s AIDSstigmatization aims to achieving the goal of anti-discrimination.Based on the value of human self-interest positions and theoretical tendency, the author analyze the necessity of social responsibilityof the mass media reported on AIDS issues bear, and believe thatthe mass media, government agencies and the public truly applyingwhat they learn to their practices is the best way to achieve thefinal goal.
