Since the late1970’s, Mr Lv Shuxiang accused that there were some questionsabout Chinese teaching, such as "little, slow, poor, wasteful", which has been a hotissue in the field of Chinese education about how to solve the problems of theinefficiency Chinese teaching. With the implementation of the new curriculum ofChinese education, quality of the Chinese teaching has been improved to a certainextent. However, with the advent of the new curriculum reform, the Chinese teachinghasn’t found the right way and has been misguided under the deduction of some"stylish" theory. At present,"non-Chinese "," narrow Chinese ", and "extensiveChinese" can be seen everywhere, this further exacerbates the inefficiency of Chineseteaching.At home, relevant theoretical research and practical results guide the practice ofChinese teaching effectively, but the results of the research are homogeneous, and thecontent of research has not been properly expanded; loses the exploration in thepractice of Chinese teaching from the pedagogical theory consciously; Research about"three education" of Chinese teaching is in separated state, which is not beneficial tothe "human development and integrity of construction" etc. The theoretical vision ofthe research is cramped and the practice of teaching is blind that forces us to look fora new theoretical perspective and bases the research on the theoretical basis of"effective teaching", making research more in-depth, systematic and scientific. Basedon this, the study is based on the "aesthetics" of the Chinese education, namely "thefusion of truth, virtue and beauty", to re-examine the current inefficiency of Chineseteaching, and provide new ideas for the problems.This paper follows the thinking of "discovery of the problems"'"analysis of theproblems"'"solution of the problems" and conducts the following studies. From thepractical perspective, this research in which author participates in the process ofChinese teaching practice in the “L” primary school in the city of the “W” is theeffective teaching of Chinese. The article summarizes the issues of low efficiency ofthe current Chinese teaching mainly by the method of the open and qualitativeclassroom observation, the lesson analysis, and analysis the Chinese teaching master’sclasses. From the theoretical perspective, this study is attributed to the inefficientChinese teaching and the construction of the effective teaching of Chinese from theperspective of "aesthetics". Because "the fusion of truth, virtue and beauty"philosophy of Chinese education emphasizes that the development process of the"true" to "good" and then to "beauty" should be step by step, which focuses on thestudy of Chinese teaching should discuss "general beauty" rather than "the purebeauty of Art ". In this study, the theoretical vision is divided into "true","good","beauty" in three dimensions by "Rule of Thirds". And the object of the study that isthe Chinese teaching practice is divided into three levels, such as "contents of teaching ","forms of teaching" and "results of teaching", and the philosophical levelof" true "," good "," beauty " are extended to the content of Chinese teaching, whichcorresponds to the" Chinese intellectual"," Chinese moral "," Chinese aesthetic "; tothe form of Chinese teaching which corresponds to that Chinese teaching should referto "regularity","purposive" and "reasonable", to the results of Chinese teaching whichcorresponds to that Chinese teaching should develop "literacy true","good quality","quality beauty". Then starting with this analytical framework, we should analyze themain reasons for the Chinese teaching inefficiency. First, the article traces the historyof contemporary Chinese teaching development and examines the stages of the "threeeducation" of the Chinese teaching, suggesting that the "content" of the Chineseteaching deviates from the " truth, virtue and beauty "; Second, starting with theeffective teaching, we should have an insight into Chinese teaching in several keyrelationships, various teaching, the ecology of the classroom teaching, suggesting thatthe "form" of Chinese teaching deviates from the " truth, virtue and beauty ". Third,starting with the "human development and the integrity of the construction", weshould have an insight into all the participants, suggesting that the results of Chineseteaching have lost "truth, virtue and beauty ". Secondly, effective teaching of Chinesecan be constructed: In first we should analyze the internal and external contradictionsof the "three education" of the Chinese teaching, the main elements of the "threeeducation" of the Chinese education; to explore how to properly deal with the internaland external relationships. And then the research is based on the theoretical basis ofeffective teaching, first analyze Chinese teaching in several key relationships; furtherinquiry into the various aspects of Chinese teaching; final interpretation of the idealChinese teaching ecology. Third, the research is based on the perspective of"aesthetics", to explore the Chinese teacher occupation accomplishment as well as thestudents’ Chinese accomplishment from two aspects of teachers’ and students’personality and body function. Studies suggest that as follows: Firstly, Chineseteaching should pass on the "content" which is "the convergence of the true, the good,the beautiful” to the students. Make the students be awaken by the "true" of Chineseintellectual education; be inspirited by the "kind" of Chinese moral education; beacculturated by the "beauty" of Chinese aesthetic education. Secondly, Chineseteaching should adopt the " form" which is "the convergence of the true, the good, thebeautiful”. We must look for “truth”,“kind”,“beauty” in Chinese teaching activitiesto achieve the aim of conforming with the regularity and the purposefulness and theideality. Thirdly, Chinese teaching should gain the " fruit" which is "the convergenceof the true, the good, the beautiful”. Teachers and students should achieve thepersonal qualities of "the convergence of the true, the good, the beautiful” by Chineseteaching. It makes human that is "true","goodness" and "beauty" is fully internalizedand explicit, showing charming light of human nature. The above three aspects cannotbe ignored, and only do dialectical unification, can we truly achieve the aim, and tochange the inefficient status quo of Chinese teaching, and make it to the "effectiveteaching".
