The outdoor game is plentiful and interesting,openly and free,ithas a broad,fresh and exciting environment,which not onlycontribute to the development of children’s physical and mentalhealth,also provide opportunities and spaces to train children’scognitive ability and skill.The21rural kindergartens are selected as researchobject,which come from7country in Datong city,including townshippublic kindergartens,prefectural and rural privatekindergartens.There are three methods in theresearch,namely,questionnaire,interview and filed observation.Themain content of thesis has four sections.One:The Status Quo of rural kindergartens outdoor games:Thesection is mainly demonstrate the following aspects:the basiccondition of outdoor playgrounds;the progress of theactivity;teachers’acquaintance with the activity;the obstructions and the problems;the priority of the space when conflict occurred.Tow: The problems existing in the activity:a luck of size andquality on playground;the equipment is short in type andnumber;slowing update on equipment;the level,number timetableand frequency are off the standard;teachers’behaviour is incontradictions to ideas.Three: On these problems of outdoor activities,the researcheranalyze its influence factors,mainly include:insufficient financialinvestment;the education department inadequate attention;theinconsistency of teachers’educational ideas and educationaldeeds,the misunderstanding of parents on outdoor play,worry aboutyoung childrens’ securities,etc...Four:In view of the factor,the researcher offers some relatedstrategies and suggestions on improvement,which based ondifferent angles as the law,the Administration,the kindergartensand parents.
