As one of the main outdoor activities in kindergarten,outdoor sports games can not only enhance children's physical fitness and enhance their ability to adapt to the environment,but also cultivate children's brave,strong will and positive and optimistic attitude."kindergarten work rules" points out: "In the process of the game to give appropriate guidance,maintain a happy mood,promote the comprehensive development of children's ability and personality,teachers should not only respect children's autonomy,but also give them appropriate guidance.Effective guidance by teachers can not only enable children to exercise their bodies and acquire corresponding skills,but also promote children's positive emotion and social development,is the child in the game to achieve progress in the "catalyst.".This research uses the literature method,the observation method,the interview method,starts from the Big Class Outdoor Sports Game Teacher's instruction,through the pre-game material preparation,the game content selection,in the game process instruction as well as the game appraisal four aspects carry on the research to the teacher instruction situation.The author through the research,deeply analyzes the kindergarten big class teacher in the outdoor sports game instruction the existence question,the main problems are: insufficient amount of game materials,less self-made materials,high repetition rate of game content,low suitability of part of game content,improper use of Teacher's guidance language,inaccurate role of guidance,excessive intervention by teachers,teacher-centered evaluation of game,children as a supplement.In view of the existing problems,the author conducted interviews with teachers and found that the main reasons for the existence of the problems lie in the kindergarten level: The imperfect system of outdoor sports games,improper management of game materials,insufficient teaching and research content;Teacher Level: teachers' views on children,play is not scientific enough,lack of professional knowledge,lack of experience in guiding outdoor sports games and so on.In view of the problems found,the author puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies from the following aspects: First,to improve the kindergarten outdoor sports game teacher's guidance system,guide teachers to guide the norms of outdoor sports games;Secondly,it is necessary to create a learning environment for outdoor sports game guidance so as to enrich teachers' knowledge and improve their guidance ability.The third is to enrich the quantity of material,to increase the self-made materials,to enrich the content of outdoor sports games,to increase the suitability,to properly guide the Games and to attach importance to the evaluation of games.At last,this paper summarizes the research,puts forward the deficiency and prospects.
