The disadvantaged children’s education as an effective means to alleviate social contradictions and improve disadvantaged children’s lives. In recent years china’s government more and more pay attention to it and gradually increase the investment in the education of disadvantaged children, trying to improve the overall level of education for disadvantaged children from fundamental,so that the growth of china’s disadvantaged children happy and healthy.However, it is difference to urban-rural dual structure of china’s long-standing and between rich and poor among regions, resulting in the whole of the uneven distribution of educational resources, teacher irrational allocation, resulting in the education of disadvantaged children has been in a lower development on the level. Meanwhile, the country lacks the necessary theoretical guidance on education for disadvantaged children, makes the education of disadvantaged children are often a mere formality.Based on the above reasons, the paper on the study from the perspective of inclusive education for current life and education situation of disadvantaged children do a whole combing,while made a comprehensive comparison with the education of disadvantaged children of United States and absorb its successful experience.The study found that the laws and regulations of the education of disadvantaged children is not perfect. special education funding for disadvantaged children is obviously insufficient. targeted content and from of teaching is not strong. but lack the necessary and effective integration mechanism. Our whole education for disadvantaged children is in a development stage.The study is divided into five parts:Part Ⅰ:Introduction. Introduces the problem of defining the core concepts presented, the significance of the study, research method used in this paper,and review research on this issue at home and abroad.Part Ⅱ:Inclusive education and education for disadvantaged children.Introduces the meaning and background of inclusive education, the development process of inclusive education, inclusive education and relationship education for disadvantaged children. Part Ⅲ:The Status of the education of disadvantaged children. Introduces the basic situation of disadvantaged children, development of education for disadvantaged children, the main problem of the existence of disadvantaged children and causes.Part Ⅳ:Inclusive Perspective development of American education for disadvantaged children and their inspiration to us. Introduces a comprehensive US government support for the education of disadvantaged children, disadvantaged children complete school education and enlightenment to our underprivileged children’s education.Part Ⅴ:The inclusive education as a guide, proposals to enhance the education of disadvantaged children. The main proposed to strengthen the government’s responsibility to improve the education of disadvantaged children the legal system, strengthen the school’s educational function, the training of professionals and the construction of an inclusive society proposals.
