Overall, after years of rapid development, although China’s basic education information has made great achievements, but it faces problems of unbalanced development between regions, in terms of the Hubei Province "Education structure is also quite reasonable, preschool education is weaker, the development of compulsory education is uneven, the members of universities need to strengthen." Faced with these problems, Hubei Province must understand "What is needed"ã€" What resources and strengths are used " and" What results may be achieved" of the various levels of digital campus. Scientific and comprehensive assessment is the foundation, the planning and policy which is based on the empirical data research is the key to solve these problems, but Hubei Province has not been established more comprehensive and scientific statistics and evaluation mechanism.The project team need explore the evaluation framework and methods which are suitable for digital campus construction of high school in Hubei Province, reveal the key factors of middle digital campus, on this basis of them, explore the methods to develop the development strategy based on empirical data further. To further explore the data," The Strategic Base of National Education Informatization Development " of Central China Normal University and Hubei University of Education establish have established "The Project Team of The Joint Development of Primary and Secondary Digital Campus in Hubei Province", on the basis of the first collaboration with the Hubei Provincial audio-visual Museum of research. The main research’s contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1) On the basis of previous empirical research, The project team has explored the internal structure of secondary schools in Hubei province by using the methods of Exploratory Factor Analysis, learned each variable form by how number of factors, understood subordinate relationship between the factors and variables.(2) Based on the exploratory factor analysis, structure equation model analysis using mathematical statistics, to verify structural evaluation model of informatization level of junior middle school campus in Hubei Province, so as to determine the key factors affecting the development of digital campus informationization junior middle school and its corresponding weight, determine the index system of the empirical evaluation information of junior high school campus in Hubei Province, based on empirical data, application and construction combined with expert opinions put forward in junior high schools of Hubei province digital campus of the corresponding development strategies..(3) The project team has tried using a variety of analytical methods such as factor analysis, cluster analysis to assess the digital middle school in Hubei Province by conducting a comprehensive calculation data, and evaluated different aspects of digital campus middle school in Hubei province. By using the variance analysis, the team has quantitatively measured the Hubei province middle school campus from different sides, which analyses characteristics in different regions of Hubei digital campus school that reflect their differences. |
