The Intervention Strategy On The Occupational Stress Of The Employees In Marketing Company From The Perspective Of The Expanded Clinic Medicine

Along with the gradual deepening of reform and opening up, remarkableprogress and development had been made in China’s market economy, corporateentities is the great agent of market economy which can be made healthy and orderlyprogress. The government and the public’s eyes pay more attention to the economicfunction of the enterprise, even supposes that financial gain is the only purpose ofthe enterprise, there are many social problems closely related with the enterprise inmodern China, especially the Foxconn incident which produced another greatattention by government. In many disciplines that pay attention to it, Economics isno longer research enterprise value only from an economic perspective; Managementis no longer research the value and significance of enterprise overall operation onlyfrom performance perspective; Psychology is no longer on the problems whichappeared in enterprise from psychological characteristics of the individualperspective; Sociology is no longer research the social nature and social function ofenterprise from embeddability perspective. The social work is a new type ofapplication of science in recent years, and is famous for its practical, social work isinsufficient to business research, however, enterprise social work through industrialsocial work, professional social work into social work branch which enterprise as thecore intervention object. The social work into enterprise management can not onlyenrich the local social work theory and practice experience, promoting thedevelopment of social work in local enterprise, but also it is more conducive to thehealthy development of enterprise itself. Corporate socialwork plays an important role in Improveing the enterprise’sproduction efficiency、 working atmosphere、 labor relations and the employeewelfare.In this study, a marketing company which located in C city as a researchobject, according to the questionnaire of some staff and combined with interviews,enterprise as a whole month intervention object conveyed by Extended clinicalperspective to make an intervention from the individual, group, micro environmentand macro environment. In this research,6times group activities and personalconsultation had been designed, aims to improve the staff’s basic ability which is dealwith occupational pressure, what’s more, according to a detailed assessment of staff,active content and effectiveness after intervention to summarize the interventionprocess, and then explore the social work practice mode which is suitable forenterprise. This study believes, Expanded clinical perspective could intervention frommicro environment to macro environment.It pays attention to the systematicness andthe flexibility.Expanded clinical perspective becomes an important route to explor thecorporate socialwork pattern.
