The Practice Research Of Medical Social Work In Pediatric Inpatients Based On Extended Clinical Perspective

Children are the future and hope of a family,but also the stability of the country and society.Because of the special and importance of children,the problem of medical treatment for children is more easily concerned.In the course of medical treatment,the children themselves and their families face more and more complex problems.They have to deal with the physical,psychological,economic and family problems caused by the disease,The intervention of medical social workers can help them to alleviate or solve these difficulties during hospitalization,so the introduction of the services of medical social workers is particularly important in the field of pediatrics.Hunan X Hospital in the establishment of the Department of Medical Social Work in Hunan Province,the first time of pediatrics into the scope of social work.Through the author's internship in the Department of Medical Social Work of X Hospital in Hunan Province,this paper describes the process of clinical practice of the Department of Medical Social Work of X Hospital,Choose pediatric children and their family members as the study group,through the author daily observation,interview with the client or medical staff and questionnaire,obtain the original data,analyze and study the concrete process of medical social work method in providing services for children and their family members,Combined with the specific clinical characteristics of this group and the medical cases,groups and community projects carried out by the author during the internship,the feasibility of the expanded clinical perspective of this intervention perspective is analyzed.The findings suggest that under the guidance of an extended clinical perspective,medical social work can intervene effectively with children and their families at four levels,respectively,They are micro-individual and environment(p,e)and macro-individual and environment(p,e),respectively,in four dimensions,These four levels can not only meet the individual needs of children and their families,but also meet their group needs,and also help to create a good medical environment and social and cultural atmosphere for them.In the end,the author discusses how to improve the medical social work for the provision of services and puts forward some suggestions according to his own experience,and discusses the development prospect of the medical social work.
