| Communication between preschool teachers and parents means the preschool teachers and parents through a variety of media language, writing, etc. pass information to each other, exchange ideas emotional behavior in order to achieve mutual understanding and cooperation, and ultimately achieve the common goal of promoting the growth of young children.Researching on communication between preschool teachers and parents can not only enrich the theories about family-teachers communication,but also make effective use of education’s function as a whole,and advance teachers’professional development.Searching quantities of writings relating to communication between preschool teachers and parents domestic and abroad,the author assesses its advantages and dissdvantages.And this thesis uses social interaction theory, information communication theory and interpersonal communication theory as theory foundations.Five major approaches applied in the dissertation are questionnaire-survey,interviews, literature,observation and documentary analysis. Gathering and analyzing the informating,this study does a all-round and systematic investigation about communication between preschool teachers and parents’intention,preparation,course,frequency,select tendency,function,defect and crucial factors and so on.The result indicates that there are four problems existing in communication between preschool teachers and parents at present:times the frequency of communication can not meet the needs of parents, parents can not participate fully in, lack of depth, individualized communication,and management system of kindergartens is still imperfect.The result also indicates that the factors which affect communication between preschool teachers and parents are the role of awareness, communication skills, communication of information, communication channels, communication environment,etc.Based on the reality,the author brings forward some advices about communication between preschool teachers and parents, establish the correct concept of communication, enhance the communicators’skills, enrich and expand channels of communication, improve the existing communication, and use a system to normalize and suppot communication between preschool teachers and parents. |
