Due to the frequent occurrence of child abuse and other incidents,the teachers of preschool education institutions have received extensive attention,and society has put forward higher requirements for the quality of the teachers of preschool education institutions.As an important part of early childhood education,Child Care teachers'professionalism affects the quality of early childhood education.However,the degree of emphasis on Child Care teachers in China is far less than other teachers.China's Child Care teachers present a situation in low entry threshold,low professionalism,low social status,and low academic level.In order to promote the well-being of infants and children,South Korea established the "Child Care act" in 1991.After the published of the act,the number of child-care facilities in South Korea has increased dramatically,and the number of child-care teachers has also increased,which has somewhat eased the gap in the number of child-care teachers.However,the rapidly increasing number of child care teachers has failed to maintain the quality.In order to solve this problem,improve the professionalism of Child Care teachers and ensure the quality of it from the entry,South Korea has proposed a series of content related to Cultivate Pre-service Child Care Teachers in Preschool.Based on the literature analysis,comparative research,and historical research methods,and on the basis of understanding the status quo of our child care teachers,this study explores the history,cultivate objectives,institutions,courses,qualifications,and policy guarantees of childcare teachers in south Korea,then summarizes the characteristics of how to Cultivate Pre-service Child Care Teachers in Preschool.Firstly,the center of gravity has been gradually moved up,the school level gradually improved and opened up on the cultivation of the pre-service Child Care teachers;Second,a clear and specific goal of it;Thirdly,a diversified cultivating institution for Pre-service child care teachers in preschool;Fourthly,take more attention on professionalism of pre-service cultivating courses for child care teachers in preschool;Fifth,there are various forms of the internship,and the time is arranged across the semester on pre-service child care teachers in preschool;Sixth,the qualification system of pre-service child care teacher is detailed and scientific;Finally,take cultivation policies and act to provide guarantee for pre-service child care teachers in preschool.Combined with our reality,we take its essence to its dregs and put forward its enlightenment to China:First,all sectors of society must fully understand the importance of cultivate child care teachers and improve the status of them in society;Secondly,to formulate the pre-service cultivate goals for them to ensure the orientation of it;Thirdly,to diversify the cultivate institutions for pre-service child care teachers and increase the quality and quantity of them;Fourthly,better the curriculum standards to improve the professionalism of them;Fifth,better the internship system and develop their comprehensive ability;The last one is to increase the legal guarantee and improve the quality on the cultivate of pre-service child care teachers.
