With the rapid economic development, China’s education continues to improve under the view of the harmonious society. The educational reform pays more attention to the humanistic care to reflect fairness and equality of education. The enrollment system in university gradually become humanized and open, students’physical examination standard has been relaxed, this has prompted a growing number of injured, disabled, sick, weak, and other special groups of students to have the equal access to education. China’s ministry of education promulgated in2002the national P.E curriculum teaching standard in higher education in China provisions some physical abnormalities and injuries, sick, disabled, handicapped and the elderly and other special groups of individual students, the creation of health-based courses in rehabilitation". This is to ensure the special groups in university can have access to P.E lessons. But because of the special sports research in China is relatively late, special groups of students in University physical education research is relatively weak, special groups of students in physical education in universities is not optimistic.Relative to other parts of our country, universities in Wuhan are more concentrated, more than130universities, about1.1million students, The Ministry of Education approved higher education institutions here are23, the special groups of students in universities are also more. This paper on special physical education at home and abroad in the fusion sport concept study for the theoretical basis, using literature, questionnaire, logical analysis, mathematical statistics, interviews, field trips, law, mainly for the special groups of students of physical education, extracurricular activities, sports competitions to study three areas. Through the study we found that in special group students in Wuhan, problems lies in sports education mainly include:Severe lack of special physical education teachers; Special groups of students’courses are not the same; Special groups of students physical education teaching contents are too unitary, teaching organization form and examination mode are too communalize; Universities neglect the special group students’ extra-curricular sports activities, students’ physical exercise awareness is poor; University doesn’t set up sports competition for special group of students, these students doesn’t participate in any sports competition.For the existing problems on special group of students, I present the following countermeasures:Updating the special concept of physical education in universities and increase the focus on special group of students’ physical education; Enhance fairness in the legal sense supervision, constraint and evaluation; Strengthen the construction of special physical education teachers in universities in Wuhan;Unified sports course name, teaching outline, clear teaching goal; Strengthen teaching content reform, setting mode of teaching content; The innovation of the teaching mode, cooperative learning, by contract evaluation model; School set up instructors, sports instructor and student volunteers for special group counseling; Diversification of the extracurricular sports activities, adding sports competition program for special group of students, Strengthen the students’ extra-curricular sports activities of the Organization, and supervision. Finally,combined with exting the special group of college students in the form of the development of physical education, set the outlook for the form of special group of students’ physical education...
