"Experiential Education" is a form of American ideas and teaching professor of organizational behavior, David Cooper (David Kolb) in the early1980s raised. It requires the student’s cognitive characteristics and laws, by creating actual or situations and opportunities to repeat experiences, presentation or representation, restore the content, emphasized that students understand and construct knowledge, develop the ability to generate emotion, generate meaning in the process witnessed in the teaching concept and teaching form. He advocated an effective learning experience should begin, and then reflect on the experience of observing the formation of abstract, and finally this experience into practice. I found the experience of how it is caused by the psychological process of learning has explanatory power, capable of teaching experience to inspire teachers to use "tracking" students’ learning process, so it has important theoretical value for basic education experience teaching practice.Active and effective teaching art appreciation, art appreciation core is concerned about students learning motivation system, namely psychological feelings and emotional experience appreciation process. By "participation","resonance","pleasant" experience learning mechanism to promote intellectual development of students in all aspects. The future of education must allow students to learn how to acquire knowledge. Teaching students to be placed in a dignified personality, has great development potential subject positions, full attention to their development needs. The implementation of this new teaching mode for in-depth implementation of the "innovation" of the educational philosophy will undoubtedly play a significant role in promoting. As to the comprehensive development of multi-faceted improve the quality of the educated, upper class art appreciation class nature inseparable from the "experiential education." This paper focuses on this point to explore the application of teaching experience in art appreciation in.This paper analyzes the basis of "experiential education" classes in art appreciation implemented:first, the theoretical basis:elaborate theoretical experience teaching from Dewey’s experience of David Kolb’s experiential learning circle model. Realistic basis: From the definition of the new curriculum standards, content and achievement standards and other aspects of art appreciation activities elaborated a new experience teaching the new curriculum standards fit the dominant spirit. Then, the paper value of art appreciation course in the body "experience teaching" were explained:first stage analysis of teaching art appreciation reasons for the unsatisfactory results. Then significance of experience teaching art appreciation lesson from the student view, students’ interest as well as the three aspects of teaching goals respectively. This article focuses on the third chapter, explore the "experiential teaching" strategies in art appreciation course in: around experiential teaching concepts and processes as well as the implementation of three aspects of teaching cases for analysis and reflection for the results of the research process. Finally, I raised the issue of teaching practice and recommendations encountered in art appreciation class.
