With the economical development and social progress, humanism has become animportant part of career theory. People play more and more emphasis on the quality ofworking life, therefore, increasing employee job satisfaction has become an importantgoal of human resources management after ensuring job performance. Therelationship of Job satisfaction and job performance has become a hot topic ofinternational human resource management research issues. As the corpus ofpreaching, teaching and dispelling doubt, the teachers are special employees.Compared to the common employees, the research about their job satisfaction and jobperformance is short. so it has high urgency and necessity to study the relationshipsbetween the Job satisfaction and job performance of teachers.Firstly, this article summarizes previous relevant research theory about jobsatisfaction and job performance, and card further combing research for teachers. Thisarticle construct research model that including job satisfaction as independentvariables, organizational commitment, job involvement, job involvement asintermediary variables, job performance as the dependent variable. This articleproposed the corresponding research hypothesis.Secondly, this article verifies and amends the initial idea by the interviews. Theresearch methods contain descriptive statistical analysis, ANOVA, correlation analysis,regression analysis and other statistical analysis methods.Lastly, this article summarizes the conclusions of this study and visions of thefuture. The main conclusions are as follows:1. There are significant differences on job satisfaction, organizational commitment,job participation, job involvement, job performance there are significantdifferences among different properties of individual employees.2. There is a significant correlation between Job satisfaction and job performance.3. There is a significant correlation between job satisfaction and organizationalcommitment, job participation, job involvement.4. There is a significant correlation between job performance and organizationalcommitment, job participation, job involvement.5. Organizational commitment, job participation and job involvement play anintermediary role in the impact between job satisfaction and job performance.
