Abstract: the students in our university is one of the most active groups, college students represent the new forces, represents a new era to the group. E-sport is officially open the99th sports competition project in our country, this new type of sports colleges and universities from us now get real development and improvement of the students. Let college students a comprehensive understanding of electronic competitive sports and in accordance with the characteristics of electronic competitive sports itself and the characteristics and the future development trend, the correct guidance and guide students to participate in and participate in the competitive sports items, specifications esports in colleges and universities in the development, has become an emerging theme of cross time significance.In this paper, using the literature material method, interview method, mathematical analysis method, interview method and questionnaire about the present situation of the development of institutions of higher learning in China and launched an investigation and analysis and preliminary blast is discussed. Through the analysis of the results of the investigation and research, found that the contemporary college students understanding of e-sports is given and preliminary cognitive attitude, but the understanding of the overall level is not high, and there are different degrees of misunderstandings and limit of feudal conservative thought. Is common in colleges and universities across the country for the development of the electronic competitive sports seriously enough, the lack of clear unified management, so that the school between e-sports event are rare, so the electronic athletic association development between schools are also in a spontaneous and disorderly state. Although the present most of the colleges and universities of electronic hardware facilities are complete, but the e-sports dedicated venues and equipment are lack. In addition, the most important point is money problem, this is also the biggest problem in development of e-sports. So that a series of problems caused the e-sports game in colleges and universities lack of brand and mass effect, less on long-term business partners and sponsors, infinite vicious cycle of event advertising effect is poor.According to the prevalent problems of e-sports in colleges and universities, here to advice the fields of electronic athletic association and the support of athletic club, we are in the form of electronic athletic association in colleges and universities for students to be directed; We are in the form of e-sports club in society, strengthen the organization and esports propaganda. Let the social masses with a good understanding of the electronic competitive sport.
