With the development of social science and technology,people's living level are improved and requirement for the education are become scientific.Nowadays,the teaching method and the concept are get reformed constantly in today's society.Not only China and developed countries own the electronic textbooks,but also the schools and families own it.As the teaching tool for the children,they can use it at home or at school.Therefore,the electronic textbooks has strong potential in the market.Many scholars are making research on the design and development of the electronic textbooks,but we should notice that the products of the electronic textbook are in different levels.Even some products are unreasonable,for the sellers pursue economic benefits.Especially some electronic textbooks for young children,the pictures looks very confusion in the electronic textbooks.In this way,the author thinks that the design and development of electronic textbooks should fit for the children's psychological characteristics.From the investigation in actual life,the author found that many kindergartens are not pay attention to the literacy education course,for the course are not be established for the young children.But the literacy education is the essence of tradition and culture in China,it can be called “the fifth great inventions in China” and should be paid more attention to.At the same time,to pay more attention to the children's literacy study is comply with the modern psychology for the young children.The paper studies lots of research lots of related literature and books about children's electronic textbooks at home and abroad,the textbooks on children's literacy is limited.Once the children's literacy can be presented by the electronic textbooks,it not only stimulate the children's interest to memorize the words,but also the efficiency of literacy learning will be improved.The paper adopts literature analysis,questionnaire,interview method and empirical approach,under the guidance of the children's cognitive psychology,preschool education psychology,child psychology,teaching design,multimedia learning,combined with the design on teaching electronic materials in general principle,to select the words which they usually meet in the reading.The study will help the young children with the aid of electronic materials and the design process?teaching thought can offer advice for the future.
