At present, the open-course of the kindergarten is a kind of common teaching and learning research.In the open-course of the kindergarten teachers have the knowledge and power, relatively children in a dominant position. So in the open-course of the kindergarten managers and teachers often starting from their own interests to carry out activities, in the preparation process of open-course managers and teachers mutual negotiation, children are forgotten, no right to speak.This research mainly uses the observation, interviews and research literature, through the analysis of relevant literature to understand the current situation of research on open-course of the kindergarten. The author observed a kindergarten open class found the open class and daily teaching are very different, such as teacher preparation is very full, with the higher degree of kindergartens and so on. Meanwhile, the open class teachers in the " stage" on excessive presentation of self, a " spokesperson ", and children become vulnerable, the voices are not communicated.
