As the new curriculum reform gradually into and across the country reform strength increasing, people pay more and more attention to curriculum resources, it is the basis and prerequisite for smooth and effective implementation of curriculum. Ethnic cultural resources is an important part of the curriculum resources, it mainly includes the living custom culture resources, life etiquette culture, tradition folk culture resources, national festival culture and faith advocate cultural resources, and contains profound value of moral education, intellectual education value and aesthetic value. But because our. country has long been a "unified" country course, ethnic cultural resources have not been due attention and development and utilization."Cultural life" as the new curriculum reform in senior high school ideological and political new a compulsory module, in accordance with the "build on the basis of life, subject knowledge to support the course module" new curriculum standard, inevitable requirement continually development and utilization of its related resources. In the development and utilization of the teaching of the "cultural life" minority cultural resources is of great importance. First of all, from the point of view of education, which is beneficial to promoting students’all-round development, improve the teachers’ professional level and the transformation of the mode of "cultural life" teaching; Secondly, from the perspective of culture, is beneficial to inheriting and carrying forward the culture of ethnic minorities, strengthening students to our national cultural identity and a sense of pride.But look from the status quo, ethnic cultural resources in the development and utilization of the teaching of the "cultural life" is less to the best of luck, there are many problems. Mainly displays in:first, the subjectivity problem, teacher development and utilization of consciousness is stronger, but the disability, the student’s subject status is ignored; Secondly, the problem of poor performance of development and utilization, development and utilization of ethnic cultural resources is not only not enough comprehensive, but also insufficiently; Finally, the problem of not enough support of external factors.Ethnic cultural resources in the development and utilization of "cultural life" teaching is a systematic and dynamic project. In the teaching of the "cultural life" to strengthen the development and utilization of the effectiveness of the ethnic cultural resources, need from two aspects of the development and utilization of the principles and strategies for effort. In principle, applicability, suitability, symbiotic and to follow the principle of combining nationality and cosmopolitan. On the strategy, first, must set up diversified curriculum outlook, clear development of ethnic cultural resources; Second, in the teaching of the "cultural life" full development and utilization of ethnic cultural resources, combined with the concrete teaching case respectively from the teaching and research learning new lesson,"comprehensive inquiry" activity explores the three major types of classroom; Finally, for external factors support the development and utilization of cultural resources of ethnic minorities.
