With the advent of the information age, the rapid development of the Internet and computer technology, makes the information collection, processing, transmission, management becoming extremely convenient. Network has entered our lives, learning, working in all aspects. This has played a significant role in promoting education reform, especially in recent years the emergence of open course and remote training at home and abroad, as well as a large number of universities launch online course. At present, there are more and more studies on e-learning, China has established a number of e-learning platform, the development of e-learning with each passing day. But the research on e-learning performance currently is not perfect, a sound and practical e-learning performance evaluation system has not been established. In this paper, literature research, questionnaires, interviews, and other methods to conduct empirical research studies. This paper is committed to building a comprehensive and effective performance evaluation system based on e-learning environment students, and then to test the system on the "Computer Software Technology" course in the Central China Normal University Master of free college students’ education distance learning platform to test the system for empirical studies to verify scientific evaluation system developed to facilitate learners to improve learning performance. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background and significance, objectives, contents and methods, learning performance and learning performance evaluation of domestic and foreign research status of learning performance evaluation, as well as the necessity and feasibility of the research papers, this chapter is behind the frame the establishment of the foundation. The second chapter is the study foundation, including the study the meaning of learning performance evaluation study, and then determined that we can evaluate e-learning performance from the change in behavior of network learning, learner satisfaction and learning outcomes three dimensions, and then analysis each level indicators connotation, and various indicators to judge, to determine an index. The third chapter is to construction the performance evaluation index, and is the key sections of this paper. This chapter first describes the evaluation system parts, construction principles, and to refinement the three-level indicators:the changes of e-learning behavior, learner satisfaction, learning outcomes building the secondary and tertiary evaluation. Then this chapter through questionnaires, interviews to amend its judgment and determine the three indicators for performance evaluation based on e-learning environment. The fourth chapter is to establish the evaluation criteria and weights of each index. This chapter begins with the development of the evaluation criteria for each index item, determine the weight of each index by questionnaire survey based on the evaluation criteria and the right to determine the weight of statistical tests to verify its credibility and effectiveness. The fifth chapter is specific empirical research. This chapter will conduct empirical research. The performance evaluation system is used on the "Computer Software Technology" course of education master of free normal at Central China Normal University to verify their relevance and letters validity and application of the conclusions and recommendations proposed evaluation system based on case study results. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook of this study. In this part, the writer summarizes the work has done and points out the inadequate,to be improved in the subsequent studies...
