In E-learning environment, the characters of the separation of teaching and learning, self motivated study of an individual student make tutors difficult to monitoring and evaluating the students learning process as effectively as in traditional classroom. And it also could not give any specific indication and guidance by directly observing learners' behaviors and facial feedback. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analysis the E-learners behavior to obtain evaluation information, and evaluate the learners learning process, in order to provide effective feedbacks and guidance's for learners to achieve the purpose of improving. Evaluation information not only can promote E-learners' follow-up studies, adjust E-learner's study strategies to control their process effectively, but also can provide the basis of the development of individual E-learning resources and build a network studying platforms.In this paper, it analyzes the basic theory such as E-learning, E-learning evaluation etc, and set up an E-learning evaluation system which is led by a formative evaluation combined with qualitative and diagnostic assessment method. Based on the non-quantitative evaluation index system and in the conjunction with analyzing E-learning behavior and existing E-learning evaluation system, this paper is building a comprehensive evaluation model for E-learning behavior analysis by analyzing of the common properties of E-learning behavior. It also discussed the remote network carried out under the comprehensive evaluation of student evaluation index selection and evaluation of the results of treatment in E-Learning environment. Based on the above, this paper developed the E-learning behavior evaluation system, use of AHP to determine the levels of indicators in the weights of evaluation factors and the adoption of consistency test. At the same time, it gives the evaluation criteria method in order to conduct a comprehensive evaluation for E-learning. The E-learning evaluation system adapt to E-learning platform of XI' AN University of Finance and Economics. At the same time the learning evaluation also has a general and reference value to other E-learning platform.In the end, the proposals of building the evaluation function with the remote network teaching platform, and E-learning evaluation system of the overall design idea are emphasized. In conclusion, the implementation of the application of learning strategies and evaluation of implementation methods are proposed under basic functions and models of the remote network teaching system.
