Sports Professional Undergraduate Students Legal Consciousness Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

Today, with rapid development of social economy, education and culture has been greatly improved, gradually higher demands students to master knowledge of legal theory, with good legal literacy and learning to face the society. Today’s society, all kinds of civil service exam, recruitment, hiring teachers theoretical subject legal ingredients to strengthen year by year, the side reflects the social legal requirements to students. Therefore, strengthen the students’ legal consciousness, is one of the important responsibilities of society, school, work, the franco-prussian education is urgently needed.Sports student class as sports field in the future of high-level talents, to better play its role in the sports industry, faster integration into society, just need to master the solid theoretical foundation and good sports law consciousness. Therefore, the current situation of sports learning class students legal consciousness research, analysis of the sports legal quality and legal problems have certain practical significance.As a study, by looking for related materials and documents, set up scientific and effective questionnaire,450sports science in five universities in wuhan city class student sample analysis as the research object, study from the following five content:First, the concept of law master; Second, the extent of the consciousness of rights and obligations; Third,the spirit of contract; Fourth, the extent of the litigation consciousness; Fifth,the level of legal faith; On the basis of the use of scientific research methods for statistical analysis.Based on the research in wuhan city, found that the ordinary university sports science students’ legal consciousness exist several problems:First,the sports class student sports law consciousness of the degree of polarization is obvious; Second, the sports class students’ interest in the law, legal attitude, legal faith is diverse; Third,the sports class different level students’ legal consciousness; Fourth, different nature of colleges and universities sports legal consciousness are different; Fifth,the sports class students consciousness of sports law has great grade structureAccording to the results of this study, analysis of the ordinary university sports class students in wuhan city present situation and existing problems of the legal consciousness, improve the sports class student’s sports consciousness ways as follows:First,strengthen the school sports legal means of education, promote the improvement of legal consciousness;Second,establish and improve school sports law regulations, create a good physical environment; Third,reform the education system in colleges and universities, improve curriculum penetrating into each other;Fourth, the use of effective resources, meet the needs of college students’ learning sports law;Fifth,pay attention to college students in particular stage, provided a basis for entering the society.
