| Defintion from the educational function, the primary object of college physical education service is student, then is teaching staff and the public, completing pupil physical service is precondition to opening college gymnasium to the outside. In the overall system of college physical education service, pupil physical service plays a significant role, quality of college physical service direct influence college physical quality. This paper meant to exploring college physical education service current situation from physical education, after school sports,physical education condition, and analyzing Wuhan's shortcoming of college physical education service.Closely around Wuhan universities sports venues service quality conditions, this paper uses questionnaire investigation, expert interview and mathematical statistics and logical analysis, provide theoretical preparation for managers to improve the state of public sports service in colleges and universities in Wuhan, supply theoretical guidance for Wuhan universities students physical exercise,make a conclusion as follows:The title of sports Education Teacher's technical post in Wuhan's universities nearly meet national regulation requirement, but most of them have not possess doctor degree(priority university 12.1%, common college 9.1%, vocational college3.0%),which make a different to “GUIDANCE”; further more, by meant of interview professor and adjunct professor rarely undertaking teaching task, by and large such task is complete by lecture and teaching assistant.The number of physical education participants in colleges and universities in Wuhan city is more than 40 people, while there is no 20-30 small-class teaching, “basic standard “stipulated that the number of physical education in colleges and universities should not more than 30 people, Wuhan's university do not follow this principle. In the aspect of set up sports course, Wuhan college offers elective sports courses are mainly focus on grade one, two, but few sports elective course offering to grade three, four students, so that most of the three or four students fail to enjoy the sports service.Reasons for college students selecting the physical education in Wuhan city out of the top three reasons: entertain, interests, credit, but only 33.8% of students in order to learn sports knowledge, must of them do not take insufficient concentrate, lack of motivation to participating in physical education.Wuhan university physical education teachers in some cases are think little of skill mastery of students after class and methods of assessment; moreover,teachers arrange the task after class to different level students, 45.6% of the physical education teachers in Wuhan city arrange only occasionally or never arrange, as we konws, task after class is consolidation of sports teaching which is important for students to master degree course content.Universities in Wuhan mainly has a certain number of sports clubs, but there are most of the college sports community quantity too little to meet the national requirements. And Wuhan university sports club type is not complete, the project is relatively single, unable to meet the needs of all students.Wuhan university for students to participate in after-class training and competition awards and subsidies are basically and general. Students lack of after-school training and inadequate of competition awards, shortage of straining fund and the single race type, these are main causes that restricted in Wuhan university extracurricular sports training and competition.In terms of sports venues, Wuhan university sports venues is absolutely open or partially open after school to students, a few venues don't open; Sports venues charge are paid and unpaid combined mode, but some stadium is not open. Venues service provided by the colleges and universities do not meet needs of students. |
