What kind of teacher could be labelled as celebrated? What is famous teacher studio for? What is the role of famous teacher studio in terms of the growth of young teachers? How those famous music teachers use the studio to cultivate young teachers? These are the puzzles facing us concerning famous teacher studio. Currently, the level of scientific research and that of educational theories are generally low, and at the same time there is a lack of effective targeted on-the-job training. The foundation of famous teacher studio helps solve the problem and promote the growth of common music teachers into expert teachers with strong research competence.In this thesis, Zhang Juan’s teacher studio will be used as a case, music teachers’ professional growth under the condition of famous teacher studio will be analyzed from the perspective of professional community, and how such music teachers will be evaluated after inauguration and the forms of training will be discussed, which is followed by a summary of the deficiencies and advantages of famous teacher studio in the music discipline. And proposals will be put forward based on the above to contribute to the construction of famous music teacher studio and the professional development of young music teachers.This paper is divided into four chapters. Introduction This article introduces the topic of this article reason, research, research methods and significance, finishing the review of relevant research literature. The first chapter defines the concept of teacher professional community and related studio teacher, the teacher introduces the elements of the studio. The second chapter details the construction of the studio teacher Juan background, construct ideas, studio location and destination, personnel, operations support management mechanisms and organizational activities methods.
