The research on outstanding teachers has always been a hot topic in educational research,and the research on the professionalization of music teachers in China has been increasingly valued by the education community.Famous music teachers in Henan primary and secondary schools lead the forefront of music education in Henan,and their professional development is successful,worthy of imitation and research.We can analyze the factors influencing the growth of famous music teachers in Henan province,and analyze their excellent classes.Through the interpretation of their successful experience,it can provide a model for ordinary music teachers,which can not only promote the professional development of ordinary music teachers,but also improve the overall professional level of the music teachers with points and aspects,which is of great significance to play the leading role of famous teachers.The role and leading role of the great teachers are of great significance.Based on the educational background of the current new curriculum reform and combining with the characteristics of music teaching,this study sees the demands of society,schools,music teachers and students for excellent music teachers.This paper makes a systematic study of Puyang provincial famous music teachers.In terms of research methods,from the perspective of ethnomicology,through field investigation and a large number of interviews,it presents the professional learning process and professional development process of Puyang provincial famous music teachers through narrative research.With the method of empirical research,the teaching design and every link in the teaching process are analyzed.In terms of research ideas,firstly,based on the research on outstanding music teachers at home and abroad,the research status is analyzed to form a research summary.Secondly,the author interviewed three teachers such as Liu Dongzhan,a famous music teacher of Puyang city,listened to their study experience and work experience,and showed their novice stage,proficient stage and famous teacher stage after becoming a music teacher.Through analysis,I came to the conclusion that the growth wisdom of timely learning,diligent thinking and teaching has accelerated the pace of growth.Thirdly,through the analysis of quality courses of famous teachers,it is concluded that music teachers should have professional musical knowledge,solid teaching skills,advanced teaching concepts,rich teaching experience and otherprofessional qualities in teaching.In the end,the author analyzes the influencing factors of becoming a famous music teacher and combines the personal experience of a famous music teacher,so as to enlighten ordinary music teachers,schools and the government.The results of this study show that the growth process of provincial music masters in Puyang city is influenced by four aspects: individual factors,important figures,key events and regional factors.According to the research and analysis,the author draws the following two inspirations: from the perspective of music teachers themselves,they should have the positive subjective mentality of maintaining the sensitivity of development,overcoming the inertia of development,sticking to the front-line teaching and carrying out education and scientific research consciously.In terms of providing a good external environment,from a macro perspective,the government should establish an effective teacher training mechanism,and from a micro perspective,schools should establish a standardized "mentoring system".The individual,the government,and the school,should promote the music teacher's specialized development jointly.
