Examining today,new media and new technologies are leading the revolution in education in a global penetration manner.Schools,courses,and teaching are undergoing dramatic changes.The application of modern information technology in education has become a new ideology.When the concept of "education informatization promotes education modernization" continues to penetrate the grassroots level of education,bringing students a revolutionary transformation of ubiquitous learning,our teacher education field is also quietly changing,including new teachers represented by teacher workshops.The form of education has aroused widespread concern among scholars in recent years.This research focuses on the use of the popular word-teacher workshop training in the field of teacher education in recent years.Based on the theory of community of practice,it is in-depth in the real environment of the frontline of teacher workshop training.Several key links in the workshop training implementation process-training preparation,process monitoring,and effect tracking research,and strive to study the actual state of the teacher workshop training activities from three important perspectives of practical community theory,and I explored the countermeasures for the implementation of teacher workshop training projects.The research is carried out from the following levels: First,the relationship between the development of the current teacher education and the training of teacher workshops is carried out to carry out literature research and data analysis to obtain research enlightenment.The second is to conduct action research on the implementation status of teacher workshops,analyze the impact of teacher workshops on teacher groups from different angles and analyze the key points that teachers ’education management should pay attention to,and find teachers workshops that can be used continuously.Implement countermeasures.Two levels of interaction,focusing on the three important objects of "student,school,teacher" in teacher training and the three elements of "common cause,mutual intervention,shared skill library" corresponding to the practice community,effective in the research process Communicate the connection between several people,and take advantage of the county construction opportunities of the M county teacher training project to find implementation strategies suitable for the current teacher workshop training.In addition,in the practice of specific cases,adhere to the hybrid research method of combining literature research,action research,investigation research and observationresearch.The organic combination of multiple methods and methods makes the research not only reflect multidimensional aggregation but also have application and practice.The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,this part is mainly the research foundation,introduces the background,research significance,research tool design,analysis framework,concept definition,theoretical basis,etc.of the countermeasure research of teacher workshop training;The second part is a case study on the implementation of teacher workshops.It mainly explains the research case from three important factors of the practice community-the implementation process of the teacher workshop training in M County,and the problems found there,and from a theoretical perspective.Analyze.The third part is the analysis of the problems and reasons for the implementation of teacher workshops.It mainly introduces the problems in the implementation of teacher workshops found in the above research,and analyzes the causes of existing problems from the perspective of practical community theory.The fourth part is the research conclusion of the teacher workshop training,mainly elaborating the implementation countermeasures that can guide the teacher workshop training through mixed research and analysis of the causes of the existing problems.
