A Study On Ideological And Political Education Of Private College Students

China’s private colleges have been experiencing a continuous developmentfrom its childhood for more than30years since the policy of Reform andOpening up. Private colleges have become an indispensably important strengthof our country’s higher education. In the face of the present complex situationhome and broad， the task of our country’s ideological and political education isheavy. The ideological and political education work of the youth is moreimportant. In the background of studying and practicing the socialist core valuesaround the whole country， private colleges also shoulder the responsibility ofcultivating socialist builders and successors with comprehensive abilities， aswell as in the forefront of propaganda of the ideological and political education.The main content of this thesis includes three parts. The first part includesthe analysis of the base concepts of ideological and political education，thoroughly analysis of the concept of private colleges， its developmenthistory， existing disadvantages and development prospects， and finallysummarizes the importance of ideological and political education in privatecolleges. The second part includes the analysis of the status quo of theideological and political quality of private college students through the form of aquestionnaire survey， and analysis of the causes from different angles onexisting problems. The third part is the core part of this thesis which putsforward solutions aiming at the existing problem of private colleges. It discussesfive aspects respectively， the team construction of ideological and politicaleducation， strengthening of the function of the main channel of the theoryclass， the creation of a good external environment， strengthening theconstruction of the Part， the League， and the Students Union， Strengtheningof students’ psychological health education.The goal of this thesis is to objectively conclude the problems existing inthe ideological and political education in private college students and its innerreasons based on the analysis of basis concepts of ideological and politicaleducation， and then put forward the solutions to offer some beneficialreference to the ideological and political education of private college students.
