Study Of The Ideological And Political Education In Students Management Of Vocational College

The ideological and political education is one of the important part for vocationaleducation of our country, the realization of the educational goal is close to ideologicaland political education. At present, China’s vocational colleges have short developinghistory, but the growth in the size and number is very quickly. The students ofvocational colleges have own characteristics in thought, behavior, psychology, anddifferent from general undergraduate students and technical secondary school students,so the management model of undergraduate students and technical secondary schoolstudents both are unable to meet the needs of the vocational college. This thesis adoptsdemonstration method, through questionnaire survey, on the basis of full understandingstatus of ideological and political education of vocational college students, from theperspective of students management in vocational colleges, to explore and analyze themain reason and seek an effective solution. The thesis is divided into four parts.In the first part, at first, the thesis expounds intension of student management invocational colleges from three aspects, including the formation and development ofstudents management concept, the definition of students management of vocationalcolleges and the importance of management. Then, summary of special groups ofvocational colleges in comparison to the regular colleges, and the characteristics ofstudents, ideological characteristics, behavioral characteristics and psychologicalcharacteristics are analyzed.In the second part, introduction to the necessity of ideological and politicaleducation in students management of vocational colleges, mainly from the needs forgreater ideological and political education of students management in the development of vocational colleges,"people-oriented" service system and social demand for talents.In the third part, investigation and analysis to ideological and political educationalachievements in students management of vocational colleges. on the basis of the survey,for the past achievements, there are some problems about ideological and politicaleducation students management of vocational colleges are found out, and geneticanalysis of problems is researched from social environment, vocational colleges andstudents.In the fourth part, the way to improve ideological and political education instudents management of vocational college. First, to improve "people-oriented" studentsmanagement system of vocational colleges. Second, to enhance ideological andpolitical education of mental health in vocational colleges. Third, to strengthenmanagement team construction of vocational colleges. Last, to develop greatly campusculture of vocational colleges.
