With the new curriculum reform continued to deepen, primary school mathematics integrated with practice has become an important hot topic in the field of mathematics. The class of integrated with practice make students have enough time and space through observation, experiment, speculation, calculation, reasoning and validation activity, through independent exploration, cooperation and communication to achieve basic mathematics activity experience, the teacher is just a guide for students learning. Because of the teachers isn’t make enough prepared for teaching design before the class is started, Only make the comprehensive practice lesson stay in form.In view of this, This paper based on the related basis and practical research to the integrated with practice for primary school mathematics teaching design case carries on the analysis and research.After studying the current of implementation about the primary school mathematics integrated with practice in domestic and foreign,first and foremost, to define the concept of the primary school mathematics integrated with practice, elaborate the feature and educational value of primary school mathematics integrated with practice, point out the relevant theories just like learning theory, teaching design theory and related theoretical research foundation for the primary school mathematics integrated with practice, secondly, analysis the teaching content of the primary school mathematics integrated with practice from three aspects, the first place is the requirement for the integrated with practice proposed by primary school mathematics curriculum standards, the second place is distribution in Beijing normal university version of the elementary school mathematics teaching book. The third place is teaching content of the integrated with practice. The main teaching design principle of integrated with practice is principle of consolidation, feasibility principle, feasibility principle, system principle, openness principle. Last, according to theoretical basis, the writer write two teaching design, one is called the mathematics problem of supermarket shopping, the other is called the classroom decoration on the mathematics problem, and then make a instruction for the case design, at last make a teaching reflection. The two teaching designs are showed concept about new curriculum standard, we should pay more attention to hand on workshop, independent exploration, cooperation and exchange.
