With a new round of curriculum reform and the implementation of the reform, practice and the development of integrated application capacity has become an important research topic in mathematics teaching. It's a trend of international mathematics that math should focus on practical activities and everybody can learn valuable things. Students can use math is more important than students just know it. Practical activities and the integrated application means "hands on math" and "use math". Practice and the Integrated Applications is the process that students who based on his own knowledge and under teacher's guidance, select and identify questions from the familiar real life, use his knowledge to solve problems actively.Therefore, how to understand and grasp the new content is very important to curriculum reform. Judging from now available researches, all are on the value and characteristic of "Practice and the Integrated Applications" field. There is hardly any study on the practice.The thesis has carried out the value ,characteristic and fundamental request of "Practice and the Integrated Applications" in primary mathmatics.Then it did a case study on a primary school .Through the research ,it has carried out the concrete method of putting "Practice and the Integrated Applications"fied into practice.The basic structure goes as follows:Part I: An overview of the background issues, the major idea and the research significance of the paper.Part II: Analyze the features of "Practice and the Integrated Applications" course design. An overview of the current situation studying about the "Practice and the Integrated Applications" field.Part III: Summarized the flexible basis, principle, source and concrete method of primary school B where the author did a case study on the design and implementation of "Practice and the Integrated Applications "field.Part IV: Analyze the exercise case of primary school B from the aspects of "origination,designing process, case content and effect".
