| With the new curriculum reform of elementary Education, the call of teachers’ love forstudents is more and more intensive. Teachers’ love is the foundation for the good relationshipbetween teachers and students. It is also an effective way to improve the effectiveness of classteaching. Besides, teachers’ love provides a necessary premise for the head teachers to solve aseries of problems in managing classes.Literature research method, case study method and observational method are applied inthis thesis. By sorting out the related bibliographies of Huo Maozheng, watching her videoreport, reading her class memoirs, knowing the touching stories of her teaching activities, thispaper will induct and summarize Huo’s philosophy of education that take love as the coreissue. Furthermore, the present study will also make a profound consideration and discussionon some typical cases with the justification of cases and theories.There are four parts in this thesis. Firstly, in order to resolve Huo’s education thought, itwill make a systematic, comprehensive and profound discussion and study on Huo’seducation philosophy from the following aspects: education, students, teaching and classmonitoring. Secondly, from the perspective of Huo’s love which focus on education, students,others and the nature, the paper summarizes and deeply studies Huo’s philosophy of“GreatLoveâ€on the characterization of specific practical level systematically. This kind of love fullyreflects Huo’s intrinsic educational ideal and deep concern for life. Thirdly, this paper willseek teacher Huo’s education thought and search his thoughts resources. It will also analyzeand study the formation and process of his education thoughts from the aspects of hispersonality, life experience and work experience. Finally, the paper will analyze teacher Huo’s"Great Love" education thought on the value of the contemporary primary school teachers. Atthe same time, in order to better inherit and develop this kind of educational thinking, thisstudy will reflect the era limitations of Huo’s education thought combining with thebackground of current education situation.To some extent, this paper makes up for the shortcomings of teacher Huo’s educationthoughts.
