As is knowen to all, education is rooted in love. Where there is education, where there is love. There is no education without love.love is the most fundamental condition of education, and the source of the success education. In real life, there are many teachers who punish students in a disguised way, do not respect students, hurt students in the name of love; However, in the TV programm"the most beautiful village teacher", there are also many teachers who love their students with their lives. Why some teachers can love students.but others not, where does their loves come from, are their loves instinct or formalated after being born, what factors influence the formation and development of their love ? These questions are worthy of our detailed discusssion on teachers’the practical educational life in an in-depth way.Based on educational practice, this paper adopts qualitative research methods, describes the love stories about a young female teachers in A primary school in the countryside, and analyze the influencial factors on the formation and development of the teacher’s love in education,And finally draw the conclusion. This research mainly includes the following aspects:The first part is the introduction. It explains the research background, research purpose, significance of this paper, and the definition of the related core concepts, and analyze and conclude the status quo on love in edacation, introduces the research method and implementation process in this paper.The second part is the presentation of the teacher’s love in education. It describes the love stories about the teacher from her passion on work and her cares for students.The third part is the stage of the the formation and develoment of the teacher’s love in education,which concludes three parts.The forth part is the analysis and discussion on the promtingl factors on the formation and development of the teacher’s love in education. by collating and analyzing the data, from the teacher’s individual characteristic factors such as strong sense of responsibility, good-hearted, positive attitude, and the external interaction between the teacher and her educational life factors such as the perfect conbinations of the external environment and self-actualization needs, of the teacher’s pay and corresponding positive feedbacks, of nature of work and the corresponding teacher’s preferences, and of work and interests,the part explain the influencial factors of formation and development of the teacher’s love in education.The fifth part is the analysis and discussion on the preventing factors that stop the development of the teacher’s love in education/which concludes the teacher’s salary, the companion environment and so on.The sixth part is the reflection and outlook. It reflects the validity, marketing degree, ethics problems of and self growth in the research and puts forward the research prospects at last.The last part is the conclusion. It summarizes the comprehensive narration and interpretation in the former part.
