| In recent years, frequent contingencies in colleges and universities, seriously affectingthe normal study and work order in colleges and universities, have been a prominent problemthat affects the stability of our nation and society. Ideological and political education is thelifeline of all work. Discussion on how ideological and political education efficiently preventsand scientifically handles contingencies in colleges and universities is an important and urgenttopic of the current ideological and political education research.Based on the above understanding, relative theories of ideological and political education,literature research method, comparative method, case analysis method and comprehensiveanalysis method, this article studies ideological and political education’s countermeasures torespond to contingencies. The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction, which discusses the background of the topic, thesignificance of study, the current situation of studies in China and abroad, outlines, methodsand innovative points.The second part is an overall introduction of emergency in universities. This part givesthe definitions of emergencies and emergencies at universities, analyzes the types and featuresof emergencies at universities and expounds the effects of emergencies at universities.The third part, Problems and cause analysis of ideological and political education inuniversities in response to emergencies. This part discusses existing problems of ideologicaland political education in response to sudden events happening in colleges and universities,and analyzes the reasons of existing problems in the four aspects of methods of ideologicaland political education, coping mechanism, educational contents and team building, finallyexplains the importance of ideological and political education in response to emergencieshappening in colleges and universities.The fourth part, countermeasures of ideological and political education in respond toemergencies happening in universities. This part aims at existing problems of ideological andpolitical education in response to emergencies in colleges and universities and the reasons, and proposes countermeasures, that is to perfect ideological and political education inresponse to emergencies in colleges and universities; innovate the content of the ideologicaland political work for emergencies in college; establish and improve the system of theideological and political work to deal with those emergencies. |
