A Study On Building An Ideological And Political Education Team In Highehnstitutions

Under the background of today’s rapid development of highereducation, reforms of colleges and universities for the purpose ofprofessional education development have presented new challenges to theuniversities’ ideological and political education. Further, effects of reformof higher education and the social and economic changes on collegestudents in areas such as employment have made college students is anurgent need for more scientific and effective ideological education andhumanistic care.Social environments and status that ideological and politicaleducation of colleges in our country is facing are also grand socialenvironments of Marxism in China. Chinese Marxism theory developedin this period such as the people-oriented theory has provided newthought resources for the ideological and political education in Collegesand at the same time put forward new requirements for it.This paper has discussed the theory and practice of the constructionof the team of College Ideological and political education. Although theconstruction of team of College Ideological and political education issimply specific practice activities, we may also be faced with problemssuch as the combination of achieving the principles of Marxism andChina’s specific practice in this process. This paper mainly analyzed thetheoretical basis and present situation of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities of China. For major problemsexisting in team construction of the ideological and political education ofour colleges, this paper has put forward some targeted measures andsuggestions.
