In the era of information explosion, Information resources are extremely rich, people’s attention are dispersed by numerous information, relative to the surplus information resources, attention become a kind of precious resource, and more attention resources means with stronger competitiveness. Intel’s former chairman Andrew GeLuFu (A.S.G rove) as early as1996proposed "for eye" point of view, and he thinks the world will compete for attention of battle, who can attract more attention, and who can be the master of the next century. Similarly, in the field of ideological and political education, to grab attention resources as much as possible is the premise condition to make the ideological and political education out of trouble that with litter effectiveness. One of the reason that why college students’ ideological and political education in our country has failed to obtain ideal education effect is lack of attraction, so it is difficult to attract the attention of the college student. In the highly information-based society, college students can easily access to all aspects of the information, and when choosing information, and the Ideological information usually be ignored directly by the students. However, note is the beginning of psychological activity such as choosing, receiving, understanding and so on. Without note, choose, receive, understand is impossible. Therefore, the success of plunder college attention becomes the prevailing factors of weather we can improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education.With the help of the audience theory, we can have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the college students, then we can analysis of factors affecting their attention to the ideological and political education information, on the base of this, we can put forward targeted policy and strategy, so we can capture college audience attention resources as more as possible, and improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education ultimately.This article is divided into five parts, the first part mainly introduces the significance of this topic, research status, research ideas and research methods. The second part, mainly introduce the connotation and characteristics of attention resource of college students’ ideological and political education and analysis the value of it. The third part analyzes the theory in the audience to get the attention of the ideological and political education of college students resource role. The fourth part introduces the ideological and political education of college students lack of attention to the current resource reasons. The fifth part, mainly on the way to get the attention of the ideological and political education of college students in the Resource Perspective audience.
