Since the21st century, the development of science and technology, the innovation of technology and the improvement of living standards all have a close connection with the accumulation of knowledge. The new pattern of the world also will be the counterparty of the talents. Based on this reason, the cultivation of the talents will be important policy of strengthening nation power for all countries in the world, and the most important thing is carrying out basic education. With the constant improvement of world’s education level, the National Ministry of Education conforms to the trend of the times, the Standards of Senior School Chemistry Curriculum (Experiment) has been formulated in2003(hereafter called "Standards"), which followed by a new round curriculum reform. The exited exam-oriented education and the education evaluation system are being fustigated for a long time. Thus, the quality-oriented education is a training scheme which is generally accepted by the public at present. Its requirement is to ensure that students develop in an all-around way in moral, intellectual, physical, and the quality.Chemistry learning is divided into two stages, one year in middle school and three years in the whole high school. Teachers should clearly ensure that middle school students are different form senior high school students in psychology and their situation. The study of junior three mainly is to get students to understand the basic chemistry concepts and the application of the chemistry in our daily life, cultivate chemistry theoretical foundation. Because they are new to chemistry, the biggest motivity of learning chemistry is strong interest and curiosity. Three years of high school? The study focus is on the deepen of Chemistry of the middle school stage, which pays attention to enhance their understanding ability, judgment ability, reasoning ability, calculating ability and the training of the students’ logic thinking ability. Because of the middle school and high school stage of learning are separated in our school, it may cause the incoherence of knowledge. Middle school chemistry learning directly focuses on senior high school entrance examination, so teachers ignore the cultivation of interests. The focus of school is the graduation rate, through which to enter high school。In this stage, students are lazy and lack of rigid initiative. After entering the high school, the teachers find a lot of knowledge which have been studied, but the students did not know, so that disconnectedness occurs in high school chemistry learning. To high school students, they generally reflect that the chemical is hard to understand, too many concepts, more complex knowledge and difficult questions so that students gradually lose interests and motivation in chemistry subject. Teachers feedback that freshmen of high school have poor foundation, so students lose confidence to produce school-weary psychology. The appearing of this kind of phenomenon is because the new curriculum reform is not obey to the actual situation, and ignores the cohesion of high school stage chemistry knowledge.For this reason, how to narrow the gap between the high school and middle school is the focus of this article we will discuss. Since the new curriculum reform, the selection book of middle school chemistry course in Xi’an is books jointly published by Science Press and Guangdong education Press as ninth grade chemical teaching material. High school students’ teaching material is published by People’s Education Press. To master basic knowledge is mainly through familiar with teaching material, which is not only the students familiar with the teaching material but high school teachers should also be familiar with middle school knowledge, and understand the characteristics of the high school students. Based on the textbook, study and talk about the joint between middle school and high school to improve students’learning efficiency and improve teacher level.This article mainly study from four aspects:a. To understand the characteristics of the high school students’physical and mental development, grasp the development regulation of high school students, skillfully apply regulations to practical teaching.b. To use the questionnaire survey method for the high students chemical motive investigation and analyze the existing learning motivation types.c. To ensure the importance of knowledge cohesion of middle and high school, consult relevant literature, understand the present research status at home and abroad.d. To make the connecting part of high and middle school chemistry specific and explicit knowledge content. Through these four parts, get the students, teachers, parents to understand the difference between high school and middle school, especially to understand a grade3student in middle school who adapts to the situation, psychological state, learning method turns into a freshman in high school; after fully clearing the situation, teacher should achieve the cohesion of middle and high school knowledge to be better for students to learn effectively.
