The "Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)" promulgated in July 2010 requires "establishing the concept of systematic training and promoting the organic connection of elementary schools,middle schools and universities." The elementary science curriculum standards promulgated in 2017 divided the learning content of elementary science into four modules.Chemistry knowledge is included in the field of physical sciences.It is already in the ninth grade that students are exposed to chemistry as a single subject.How to connect elementary school science and junior high school chemistry has attracted the attention of scholars.This study combines the author's advantages in front-line teaching and chemistry teaching expertise to analyze the teaching connection between elementary school science and junior high school chemistry,and teaches based on advanced learning.Designed to lay a good foundation for middle school chemistry learning through elementary school science.The research is mainly divided into four parts:The first part is to compare the curriculum standards of elementary school science and junior high school chemistry,and find the convergence of the two subjects in the curriculum standards.Conduct a cohesive analysis of the curriculum nature,basic concepts,design ideas,curriculum objectives,curriculum content,and implementation suggestions of the curriculum standards.The second part is to investigate the current situation of the connection between elementary school science and junior high school chemistry teaching.Taking the primary school students,junior students,elementary science teachers,and junior middle school chemistry teachers in Changsha as the objects,the current situation of the connection between elementary school science and junior high school chemistry is investigated and analyzed.The third part is based on comparing the content,knowledge points and connection points of the textbooks,using advanced learning theory and experienced teacher guidance to redesign the "Sewage and Wastewater Treatment" and "What's Changed in Substances" in elementary school science.During the two classes,two additional classes will be added: "Composition of Air" and "Information on Food Packaging Bags".Through the author's job as a sixth grade science teacher in a primary school in Yuhua District,I practiced "What has changed in matter",invited science teachers to evaluate the effectiveness of the classroom,randomly asked students about their classroom experience,and reflected on the classroom teaching.The fourth part integrates the survey results of the questionnaire,the analysis of the curriculum standards,the design and implementation of the teaching process,and puts forward the practical teaching of the connection between primary school science and junior high school chemistry based on the advanced learning theory from the three levels of schools,teachers,parents and students.Workable suggestions.
