Students in the process of learning English, often have some errors, which is a commonphenomenon. For students, how to face the errors has a great effect on their Englishachievement. Because of increased subjects as well as the deepening and the expansion of theknowledge of English, The students feel increasing pressure. They are too busy to manage theerrors and they are lack of management strategies and management ability. Therefore, learning English is likely to result in the phenomenon of "repeated errors". English knowledgeof the Junior middle school is more fragmentary, lack of systemic. On error management strategy, boys were betterthan girls, but there is no significant difference between scores.Through intervention, the results show that:1. Through the cultivation and training of the error management strategy, the studentsrealized the importance of error management. 2. The first grade students in junior middle school can manage the English error effectivelyand actively. So it can greatly improve English grades.3. The cultivation and training of the error management strategy is inseparable from thesupervision and guidance of teachers, at the same time, students’ self-cultivation plays a keyrole. From the error management concepts and attitudes, English teachers help the studentshave the right attitude of errors and error management. Furthermore, teachers shouldsupervise the behavior of students in error management. Especially, the guidance of errormanagement concept and strategy for them is the most important. This study illustrates that the positive and effective error management would ease thepressure of English learning, achieve the methods in leaning English and improve Englishachievements.
