High school sports students is an important part of our sports reserve talents.Middleschool is not only the key period of growth of teenagers,but also an important stage insports reserve training.Tangshan is a famous sports city in the whole province and country,and one of the main source of sports high candidates.By investigating the current status ofexaminees and sports coaches in Tangshan, analysis of its current strengths and findinginadequate, to provide a reference to the relevant departments in policy or system, andgive them support,attention and help in physical education that will help them move "onthe basis of comprehensive development,the development of talent better" and " bewell-educated in knowledge and sports ".So that can adapt to the needs of our country atthe present stage of quality education and skills development and provide the personnelsafeguard for the sustainable development of our sports enterprise.This article researched the sports candidates gender, training, motivation, trainingtime, some basic situation of sports coaches, equipment of the school’s grounds ofFourteen middle school in Tangshan by the method of literature, questionnaire surveymethod, mathematical statistics, logical reasoning to make a more detailed surveys:1.
