In the splendid history of Chinese table tennis,Hebei province has been delivered manytable tennis players(world-class and state-level) to our national team,and won the honor forour country and its people many times.The province has been recognized as one of powerprovinces in table tennis and its team once owned the most national champions comparingwith other province.But,The women’s team of Hebei province was going from bad to worsefrom2003.What’s the worse,the team was downgraded because of the last one in China TableTennis Super League in2008.Qi Baoxiang who is the first world champion of Hebei provincesaid to the reporter of China News Service,”In her hometown(Hebei province),the table tennisteam is shortage of talent now and it will not have talent players several years. If the echelonbuilding work is bad,there will be few talent players at least8years.”This thesis mainly useliterature analysis,investigation(expert interview,questionnaire investigation),mathematicalstatistics, etc.It Analyzed the current training Situation of the reserve forces of women’s teamin Hebei province. Including the amount,distribute,scale,style of the training base and trainingtime,motivation,the contradiction between training and learning culture knowledge,playingfor tournament and future going,the science,planning,effectiveness of training by thecoach,etc.The main problems can be summarized as the following:1he development of player who came from different place was unbalanced.2The brain drain of the reserves were seriously.3The worries of entering university and selecting occupation.4The reserves have less chance to take part in matches and fund shortage.5The contradiction between training and learning culture knowledge.6Lack of science,planning in training. The efficiency of training was low.7The related government department and leaders at all levels paid less attention to it.The problems are bad for the development of the women’s team of Hebeiprovince.Basing on the problems,researches put forward following suggestion:1Strengthening and Perfecting the System of management and training.Stop the brain drainand increasing the reserves.2Strengthening and Perfecting the Sports Talent Training System,Solve the worries of entering university and selecting occupation.3Improve the system of competition in Hebei province.Making more chances for the reservesto take part in matches.4Improve and perfect combination of "body" of the backup talent cultivation system, to solvethe contradiction between learning and training well5Strengthen the construction of the coaches team.Improve the research ability ofcoaches.More science in training.Making the training more efficiency.Balance thedevelopment of player who came from different place.6The related government department and leaders pay more attention to the team and increasethe input in fund by various ways.
