Universities In Hebei Province Table Tennis, Badminton, Tennis, Current Situation And Countermeasures

With the constant promotion of the education reforms of higher teaching institutes, further promotion of overall-developing education, sports activities in the higher teaching institutes have got a relatively fast development under the guidance of taking health as first principle. Each of the higher teaching institutes positively excavates various resources and tries to meet the different needs of university students through increasing sports facilities, improving sports conditions, adding the new projects, new contents, etc. Especially after physical education courses of higher teaching institutes are offered in the form of elective courses, table tennis, badminton, and tennis in numerous selective courses gain the most favor of university students. The writer has researched the current situations of table tennis, badminton and tennis in 90 higher teaching institutes in Hebei Province, and tries to understand about field facilities, teaching stuff, offered course setting, teaching and training, contest and organization management, leader's attention degree, students' spare-time sports activities, course selection of university students;this Paper tries to explain the necessity of launching table tennis, badminton, and tennis from the perspectives of Nationwide Fitness Programs and lifetime sports the university;there are numerous technical similarity due to the three kinds of sports all belong to the network and single-arm-holding-bat-and-hitting antagonistic sport;according to the migration theory of the movement learning, through studying a certain item of skill, one can get the result of drawing inferences about other cases from one instance. Therefore, this text has carried on research on this problem combined the present actual conditions of higher teaching institutes in Hebei Province.This paper takes the following scientific research methods such as document data method, statistics method, investigation method, logical analytic approach to do a systematic research on this question, and carries on a deep discussion on the factors that restrain the universities in Hebei Province from offering courses of table tennis, badminton, and tennis. In order to match the development of table tennis, badminton, and tennis in the higher teaching institutes of Hebei Province, this paper proposes a series of corresponding countermeasures as follows: to renew understanding, tofurther adjust and improve teaching methods and measures, to strengthen teaching stuff, to increase existing field facilities and the input of funds, and to constantly perfect the construction of sports clubs of table tennis, badminton, and tennis. This paper is in an attempt to provide sufficient, specific and accurate reference materials for promoting the reforms and development of university courses of table tennis, badminton, and tennis in Hebei Province and offer certain reference basis for lasting, healthy, fast, orderly, overall development of China's table tennis, badminton, tennis.The following conclusions can be drawn through the investigation and analysis work to 90 higher teaching institutes in Hebei Province: the university students of higher teaching institutes in Hebei Province love these three sports of table tennis, badminton, tennis very much, while the learning motivation is not but a single one but in pluralism;from the field facilities, offered course setting and teaching stuff, current situation in table tennis sport is relatively better, badminton sport takes the second place, and tennis sport is relatively poor, but the overall situation is less than satisfactory;the contest system and organization management is not complete, and the leader's attention degree should be strengthened.
