With the continuous development of social economy in our country, the importance oftalent strategy more win support among the people. In the face of fierce competition, theparents think that their children are more competitive than other children, need to haveproficiency in a particular line, and learning proficiency in a particular line should be thesooner the better, the best start from childhood. Therefore, more and more children parentswere sent to students learning skills at a young age, but also has the increasingly fiercepotential. At the same time, the lack of students of education also unceasingly appears. Thispaper mainly through the literature method, observation method, questionnaire survey method,interviews, survey on status of Handan preschool education specialty, analyzes the existingproblems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the problems ofeducation, aims to provide theoretical support for the better development of Handan children.The thesis consists of five parts:Introduction: the selected "investigation and Countermeasures of the" Handan children’sspecialty education as the reason and significance of the research topic, points out the researchmethod which is used in this paper, and on the "long","class" concept.The first chapter: through the survey data, analyzes the present situation of Handanpreschool education specialty, including Handan preschool education specialty qualifications,registration and training objective, training mode, run the funds required, specialty classes andthe number of state charges.The second chapter: through the analysis of the status that the essence of the problem,mainly found Handan preschool special education problems and shortcomings, mainly in thelevel of teachers uneven, some good and some bad, educational content, teaching methodssingle bias exists generally, learning interest completely ignored.The third chapter: according to the problems existing in Handan preschool educationspecialty, and puts forward some countermeasures for solving these problems, includingchanging the concept of parents, understanding and respect children’s interest in learning; toincrease children’s special educational supervision, local laws and regulations as soon as possible to improve; enhance children’s special education teachers level, improve thecurriculum; speed up the educational reform in Handan and the system innovation, to createconditions for children in Handan special education science development.Conclusion: summary, conclusions.
